Host Organising Committee

Dear Rotarians,

The 2014 Rotary International Convention is to be held in Sydney. The Host Organising Committee (HOC) is seeking expressions of interest from Rotarians who would like to play a role in the organisation and conduct of the various activities which are the responsibility of the HOC. The skills we need are summarised as follows -

Finance and accounting, Promotion and public relations, Arranging and running special events, Fund raising, Recruiting and training Rotarian volunteers, Organising a business expo, Organising entertainment, Catering , arranging and supervising, Relationships with RI, TRF & Governments, Security, Organising medical service, Assistance with obtaining Visas, General assistance.

Interested Rotarians can obtain more information by contacting the chairman of the HOC at the address shown below.  It would be appreciated if responses could be received by 30th September 2009.

This is a great opportunity for Rotarians to become involved in a very significant Rotary event and we look forward to hearing of your interest in assisting the HOC to make the 2014 a great event.
